The Cross-Species Omics of Longevity Study (ILO_cross_species)
The Cross-Species Omics of Longevity (ILO_cross_species) study uses comparative multi-omics profiling across over 60 mammalian and avian species with diverse lifespans to identify molecular factors linked to longevity. By integrating transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data across multiple tissues and comparing with human centenarian datasets, the study aims to uncover conserved mechanisms of extended healthspan that could inform novel therapeutic strategies.
- This release includes 78 raw mass spectrometry files from the avian heart proteomics dataset, generated as part of the broader cross-species omics initiative. The data have been processed using DIA-NN for quantitative analysis, with corresponding output and processed files to be made available in a subsequent update.
