LC Cross-Species Fibroblast Study (LC_CP_OMICS)

This study applied multiomic assays (metabolomics and proteomics)  to a large-scale cross species fibroblast cell culture collection derived from nearly 150 primate, bat, rodent, and bird species to determine factors related to aging and longevity.

• This release provides metabolomics and proteomics datasets, along with indexed transcriptomics sequence data from NCBI SRA.
