Human data
The New England Centenarian Study APOE (NECS_APOE)
The New England Centenarian Study APOE project (NECS_APOE) explores how the protective APOE e2 allele shapes metabolism in aging. The complete dataset includes serum metabolomics and cognitive assessments from ~200 participants—centenarians, their offspring, and controls—all free of major diseases. A subset (~50 participants) also have proteomics data, offering a deeper look into longevity-related biological signatures.
- This release includes serum proteomics data from the NECS_APOE subset (n=50).

Non-Human data
The Cross-Species Omics of Longevity Study (ILO_cross_species)
The Cross-Species Omics of Longevity (ILO_cross_species) study uses comparative multi-omics profiling across over 60 mammalian and avian species with diverse lifespans to identify molecular factors linked to longevity. By integrating transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data across multiple tissues and comparing with human centenarian datasets, the study aims to uncover conserved mechanisms of extended healthspan that could inform novel therapeutic strategies.

- This release includes data from a proteomics cross-lab comparison pilot study analyzing liver samples from ten mammalian species at two institutions using identical protocols and instruments, demonstrating high reproducibility (correlations >0.9) and validating the robustness of the method.
